Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Since our products are manufactured and packed based on confirmed orders, cancellation requests after order confirmation are not accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality assurance. A refund request will be considered if:

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Replacement Policy
